Using yoga therapeutically is not the same as teaching group yoga classes, nor should it be.

We will take the opportunity to go deep into the philosophy and practice of how to aid a unique individual in their journey towards balance. We will learn not only ways to address a clients structural health, but also to connect their emotional and spiritual health into the practice. Using ourselves and each other as our first clients, we take the opportunity to design practices that address the needs of each individual. Students will learn Body readings and “Jedi Gaze” technique. 

Lunch break 

1:15 pm- 2:30 pm 

2:30pm- 5:30 pm

Students will get to practice yoga therapy techniques on eachother using “undoings and activations”therapeutically to restore balance. Students will get chance to design  individual practices and recieve feedback.
